Our Story: Raul's Tequila & Kitchen in Victorville, CA

Raul's Tequila & Kitchen is a family-owned Mexican restaurant in Victorville, serving the High Desert since 2012.

It starts with owner Raul Gonzalez, who grew up in Coatlancillo, Jalisco, Mexico, working hard from a young age to support his family. He later came to the United States in search of new opportunities, and it was here he discovered his passion for cooking.

With the help of his wife, Yesenia, Raul opened Raul's Mexican Food, which grew into a High Desert favorite known for their menudo. Today, after a full remodel and rebrand, Raul's Tequila & Kitchen pairs those family recipes with a full tequila bar, handcrafted cocktails, and weekday specials.

Raul believes hard work, dedication, and faith can open doors, and he loves seeing local families chase their own dreams.
